The Nova Systems graduate program is a two-year program that will provide you with the experience, supervision, mentoring and training necessary to make the best possible start to your career, and make a meaningful contribution to Nova Systems and our clients.

The first year of the program focuses on skills development and training, while the second year of the program focuses on further rotations to further build your skills and experience, and introduces you to different entry level job.

The Nova Systems graduate program includes:

• Rotations across different projects, programs and business units.
• Dedicated group and peer-to-peer mentoring.
• Training in technical, business and people skills aligned with a discipline-based competency framework.
• Annual graduate summit and regular team-building activities.
• Exposure to different entry level jobs.
